A candidate’s inclusion, order, colour, profile, or community-poll performance is not an endorsement. Potential-candidate listings may change until the official ballot is confirmed.

Provide accurate account information, protect your login, and do not post unlawful, threatening, hateful, deceptive, or privacy-invasive content. We may moderate, restrict, or remove content and accounts to protect users and the service.

Any prediction or betting-style feature uses platform points only unless a separate, lawful product expressly says otherwise. Points have no cash value and the platform is not a gambling or financial service.

The service is provided as available. We work to maintain accuracy and uptime but do not promise uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, WhoGoWinAm and its operators are not liable for decisions made solely from platform content.
